Accepting reservations

If the customer reminders were a physical phone call (be it a live person or a machine, who cares), it'd be well worth the $19.95 per month. Otherwise, I personally don't see much more value than using my BlackBerry.
 
sooo any word on these scheduling stuffs? I'm thinking about making a website where people can schedule appointments interactively and stuff..
 
Stick with Google calender for keeping track of your schedule. As for the advertising and customer follow-up, those are all things you can do yourself with some time and thought.
