Hail the power of Quattro
As some of you might have read in the other thread I started(http://www.detailcity.org/forums/de...nts/21883-arkansas-summer-bash-car-show.html), I entered a car show this weekend and had to get the paint ready. I can't say that it is ever really in bad condition, so the detail was relatively simple. I just had to make sure that everything was perfect, which took a little longer than I expected. Here was my process:
Washed wheels and tires with Meg's Deep Crystal
Washed paint with PB's SS&S
Clayed with Wolfgang's Elastic Poly Clay using Meg's Quick Detailer as a lube
Polished with PB's SSR1 via PC and a polishing pad
Wolfgang's Finishing Glaze via PC and a polishing pad
PB's EX-P via PC and a polishing pad
---I forgot to order a new finishing pad and therefor didn't have one to apply the glaze and the sealant.
Lastly, I topped it off with PB's new Natty's Red
Here are a few pictures of my car at the show.
