A Case of Two Tacoma`s

Evening all! So my vehicle shenanigans never seem to stop! We`ve had our 2015 Toyota Camry since new and 35K miles. Been a very good car for mother, however its gotten to the point that she misses driving my old 2009 Tacoma. On a whim I found this clean 2014 Access cab a town over at a used dealer we have used before. We went in just to kick tires, but they gave us a helluva trade in for the Camry and a good deal on the truck! So, we took the Tacoma home! It has a full dealer service list, so mechically I don`t really have to touch it. The frame is in excellent shape. The paint needs some help, so that`s what`ll be on tap for this summer!

So, now we have two Toyota Tacoma`s... :o

Conratulations on your new purchase! These little trucks are great, and in demand. Guy at work has always wanted one, his dream vehicle. He did the same as you, randomly found a fairly new one a city over. Now he has his dream truck in his dream color, that light grey.

Nice to see deals are coming back. Most folks like getting up into a vehicle not down into one. Happy for her.

New tires today, along with Weathertech floor mats and some new wipers!

And both of the trucks "together"

Over the summer I`ll clean up the undercarriage and fully undercoat the frame, probably with WoolWax. This one will likely be the snow driver.

Wish I could have bought your Camry before you traded it in! Trouble is it`s difficult to make up the difference of the savings on state sales tax and dealer trade-in allowance. I would have had to pay that difference as a premium in order for you to justify your selling of your Camry to me. No wonder no one sells their vehicles they could trade in outright anymore!!

Great find on the "Taco" in this current vehicle market.
