A Black BMW X5 in receipt of 'The Zaino Treatment'

A great job as always Sean! A very nice transformation was made on this truck. I can only imagine how long it takes to do something like that on such a large vehicle. Couple of quick questions . . .

1. Did you polish the roof too? I'm always curious when people detail an SUV if they did the roof.

2. I noticed you are using almost every Zaino product now and like others I noticed your t-shirt. Do you have some sort of association with them now? I know Anthony does a lot of testing for Optimum. So, I'm just curious.

Again, great job as always. I love to see your write ups.

Mike: Being that this vehicle hit the autmatic wash predominantly, it was lucky enough to only have very minor marring up there. I believe the racks guarded the heavy chamois material from hitting all of the paint. I usually give customers two choices after I wash and clay a roof with racks:

1) Polish by hand to remove light swirling, then seal

2) Remove racks, compound, polish, then seal

Obviously the latter incurs an extra charge. Most give the same response:

"Nobody's going to see it and as long as it's protected, I'm happy".

I have no association with Zaino other than being a happy customer. I like their products, but still keep a boat load of others on tap and use reguarly. When I did this detail, I had just receieved my huge order and was feeling over zealous. I apologize for any mixups :).

Thank you!

Very nice work on the black! :2thumbs: Getting low on P085RD? :chuckle: I have something for you! :p

I'm loving the way Zaino looks now on my black! Much better than earlier versions!

I'm busy as all hell now. Still feel the need for speed? :woot2:

Regards,

Deanski

even: It belongs to one of my fraternity brothers. I did this one back in April when we were in session.

Dino: Yes and Yes :D.

artik: I was still *testing* the Hi-Temps at this point. Once I found how well the EC worked, I only use that combo now.
