A afternoon with DP POLI COAT Sealant

After getting back from the dealership, figured i would throw something on it. Quick wash, then pulled it inside the garage out of the heat and sun. DP POLI-COAT SEALANT (NEW FORMULA). I had no issues with this sealant. Went on easy with a MF applicator and buffed off with a griots garage PFM towel. Touched up trim with griots black shine trim restorer. Starting to like this product. And tires have BF AIO TIRE & TRIM PROTECTANT. All in all a very productive detail.

Looks good- I think you`ll like the longevity. It`s a shame they no longer offer it.

Thank`s. It was a toss up between max wax, nattys blue and the DP. Figured since i am doing it might as well put something on that will last long term. I see it was dropped. Guess Mc kee`s 360 replaced it?

Ooh those are all good choices. You can never go wrong with a Nattys Blue topper...

I`m not too fond of the McKees line. Admittedly, I haven`t tried any of the products, so it`s probably totally unfair:blink:

I used the old version of dp poli coat and always liked it. the dp line was actually very good stuff and hopefully max`s new line will rate well also.

Looking out at the rain this morning thru the garage, this look`s like a serious sealant! Water is just beading/sheeting off. Same to be said for the trim. Griots black shine trim restorer is winning me over.
