I've never ever had a car with paint as hard as this one. I thought it would be easy.. but let me tell you it wasn't.

The finish before i started was like chalk. I need a diamond studded pad next time. I used the HT and couldn't wipe it off, the haze sorta became part of the paint. It was really wierd. I had to remove with 50/50 solution, something I never had to do before.

Next time someone has SS white for me, I'll pass.

HTEC and PG with rotory (used them interchangeably)

IP with rotory

FP with PC

Optimum Spray wax.

Inside was clean already I did nothing to it. I just added a photo or two for the heck of it.

Wow she looks in tip top shape!! You certainly brought the gloss and wetness out of the white!!!! Interior looks great...how miles does it have on it?

wow! That brings back memories. I have painted and detailed hundreds of those. I miss those cars. They are hard to come by now and are rare to find in good rust free condition.

Great job!

Great Job!!! The classic Japanese cars are the ones I really liked to see nicely detailed... This one is a real treat..

Man, I can tell that's one garage queen.

In my block there's '84 model and rusted to ground.

Man, that thing is MINT! My dad has an '80 10th Anniversary that has been fully restored but it's got a LOT of miles on it.

Wow! great work on that 280ZX it's so wet! It also reminds me of the one i had in japan in 83 (Fairlady Z).:goodjob

What a shame! That is something he should keep.

Tell me about it. I bought a brand new 81 turbo back in 1981. I LOVE this car!! It drives great!! Just like I remember. FUN FUN FUN!
