#82 vs #80??

Anyone have any experience of both? I really like speedglaze but notice you can get 3.78 litres of 82 for £23 which seems a bargain. on paper they look similar, is 82 more or less agressive than 80?



also how does it fit in with DACP?
 
#82 is less aggressive than #80. I think #80 us more versatile as it will remove marring from DACP, but it is also a decent swirl remover on its own, and it finishes down nicely. For me, #82 didn't do much as the single form of paint correction. It would probably only be good for a car with minimal swirls.
 
#82 is very mild and the only time I really use it is when I am looking for something new to try to break up a routine or if the paint I am working on is so soft that #80 leaves behind micromarring.
 
I love these two combos. Heres my take on these two misunderstood Meg's products.



#80 is a triple duty polish, glaze and light protectant that produces a nice wet look. The abrasive are more agressive than #82, but breaks down faster. It is a favorite amongst new and used car dealers since it saves time.



#82 is a cleaner polish without the glaze and light protectant and it produces better opticals and the abrasives take a little longer to break down than #80.



I use #82 on my cars personally for better optics since that will not wash off and makes my cars look immaculate longer whereas #80 uses more polishing oils to make it look wet, but wll eventually wash off.
