5th coat of envy as promised

Well As promised I put a 5th coat of ultima pgp on the car.



I did a QD with the Ultima Spray Detailer of the entire car including windows. I have noticed alot of streaking on my windows when applying PGP on them. so much so infact I have to spend ALOT of time trying to get the "film" off the car, the next day. Other than that I have had nothing but good times with PGP.



I tried to capture the metal flake in the following shots, but I just gave up after a while

I promise that the flake is visible in sun light, I took the pictures as soon as me and my sweet heart 2 year old were done eating the sun keeps going down faster and faster.



the slickness is still amazing and getting better all the time. The clarity of the car is really starting to come to a platoe (i spelled that wrong). Its almost to the point in which I can no longer see the difference in my own eyes that additional coats of PGP are doing. So additional coats by me here would be soley for added protection value....

It's really hard to see in those pictures because of the lack of sunlight. If you don't mind, do you think you could possibly take some pics as close as possible to the same setting as your previous pictures with less coats, and then post them together so we can try to compare? I know the car probably looks a lot better in person, because in these pics it looks very.....I don't want to say dull, but muted I guess.



Anyway, a side by side comparison would be really cool.

i have to agree with you, the most recent pictures of the car look very dull. I dont think that I took any good pictures at all except the one of the sunset, it just looks really cool. other than that, they all look really really dull and like you said muted.



they dont scream AHHH I'M SEXY, like the others I took of the same car say! I promise that in more light the car looks REALLY sweet and the flake is visible

Sun pics would show the paint off a lot better. Other than the last pic, the others look a bit flat.



I do agree with you about the clarity and slickness of UPGP, it is very impressive.

I was in a hurry for pictures and took alot of bad pictures tonight, i think i'll start over and try again on saturday for my sun pictures.



I just am very unhappy with my pictures I took tonight.



@scott - you are correct they all look flat, with 1 exception of course the last one.



back to the drawing board with the pictures.....the verdict is in, and the results are "bad pictures = unhappiness!"
