500 watt tripod at sears for $10 or 1000watt for $20

I tried to buy one but none of the stores around me have them in stock. I guess I'll still be waiting for another deal to come around

That better light (1000 watt model) is great. I bought it last yr and gave away my other one. I like how it converts to a floor light quickly.
 
This light is great for the money. I really like it at low output. The light is not harsh at all when powered up at 250W.





What cheap plastic clips?? This sucker is beefy for something made in China!

Looks good Tom, guess I'll have to put together the same set I bought on sale a couple of years ago.... just never got around to it :o
 
Nice steal Tom...I went by Sears today and saw that they had the lights on sale here too. The one on display looked nice and sturdy. I wish I had waited instead of gotten the ones I did from Lowe's.
 
hmmm... they list it for $39.99 on the net, but when i went to sears today... it was regularly priced at $29.99. they had one there for $39.99, but it wasn't the one listed in the pics you've shown, it was one that was more bulkier (thicker tubing, etc). anyways, still a great bargain for $19.99..
 
Picked one of these up yesterday and the tripod was broke out of the box, got it replaced today and the tripod was of a completely different (and better) design. I must have grabbed the oldest one on the shelf or something the first go around.
