Hi These are my 2 cars. The 4Runner just came back from a 500 mile trip to Maine, it had so many bugs and bird dropings, I needed to give it some love. So I went to the local autoparts store and got some #16 and Wheel Brightener. I too was shocked to see #16. What a good wax. A little difficult at first, but once I got used to it. The shine really comes a day or so later and with some fk425 on top it's pretty slick.
So a quick detail and a wash.
4Runner:
wash with TWUP wash
Wheel Brightener on wheels and tires cut 4:1
Polish hood with PC and OCH follwed by FPII
Wax entire car with #16 (I don't have #16 mastered yet) very nice wax.
NXT Glass cleaner on outside.
FK 425 next day for some extra gloss.
Black magic foam on tires(yuck)
BMW:
Wash with Duragloss
Wheel Brightener on wheels and tires cut 4:1
Z-8 on 2 month old z2pro layers
OCW on rims
Megs high endurance on tires(too shiney at first) wiped with a towel.
Steve
Some shade shot for reflections
