1. Packaging & Labeling. Is it well packaged? Are the labels durable?

The bottle is well packaged and label. Has good descriptions on the front label, and a brief synopsis on the back.

2. Helpful instructions on label?

Good instructions on the back.

3. Does product do what the manufacturer claims it does?

In my opinion, this product does more than what the manufacturer claims. It is a great tire, wheel well cleaner too. I also used it to scrub my red sprayed-in bed liner. The gel clings to what ever you spray it on. I didn't use it to clean my wheels, as I was using the new Poorboys Spray and Rinse wheel cleaner.

4. Value. Is the product a good buy? If a liquid product, how much per ounce? Does a little go a long way?

I will be ordering this product by the gallon on my next order. The 16oz free sample will go a long way. It doesn't take much to clean what you want to clean. It suds up really well. The price isn't a concern to me if it works well.

5. Easy to use? Hard to use? Did you read the directions and use as directed?

This product was very easy to use. I read the directions and did a very thorough rinsing as instructed. It left no residue that I could see or feel.

6. If known, what is the pH of the product? Is it safe for enthusiasts or should it be for professional use only?

It says that it has a pH of 7, while I was scrubbing the bed of my truck, some did get into my eyes, experienced no burning of the eyes or any other side effects.

7. Describe the product smell, viscosity and other physical traits if any.

Has a pleasant smell, the viscosity is perfect, sprays out in a good pattern, light green in color.

What did you use to apply the product with? Or did you just spray and rinse, similar to the PB application?

I sprayed it on, and then let it sit for few minutes, then scrubbed it with a scrub brush. Got the tires really clean, the white letters were white again. They turn dark with the brake dust.
