Mar 18, 2008 #6 Chris@Optimum Optimum Product Support It simply means that to make the product ready to use, mix 4 parts water to every 1 part of the consentrate. i.e. 4 oz water with 1oz product, 4 gallons water with 1gallon product, etc.
