What do you think about it?

I know power rangers (motorcycle freaks) use it for polishing their visors so I was thinking of trying IHG on my headlamps since they're plastic.
 
I think any benefits would be very short-lived. IHG is just oils/solvents/"fillers" (check the ingredients on the label). It'll wash/wear off quickly especially if the headlights get hot.
