3M Finishing Glaze Removal

I must have been detailing in the dark, but I got specks of the finishing glaze left on my hood after I misread the speed on the rotary. Its been on there for a week.



Ive tried claying, polish and body scrub. Any solutions? Its pretty gummy and will roll off on your finger nail, I just dont want to fingernail my whole hood.





Help?
 
I accidentally splattered it after I rubs the FG on the the hood prior to machining.



Im just thinking of going at it again with FG and the rotary and knocking it out.
