3D APC saves the day... again!

Went to Ecology Auto Parts in Wilmington, CA and found these:

I wanted some OEM mats to dye black as DD mats. I figured these mats were a lost cause, so I bought some black RIT dye on the way home. I dumped/poured a 1:4 mixture of 3D APC into them and scrubbed:

Pressure washed and vacuumed them with the car wash vacuum:

I could not even believe they came out like this! The only way I could decide which set of mats I was gonna use as DD mats and which set I was going to save as my "nice" mats was by the cigarette burn in the driver's mat from the set I got today, and the fact that the stitching is a little off (from factory.)

Here they are in my car, with some sections still slightly damp:

I would have not even tried and would have tossed them. Wouldn't have thought these could be fixed. You did a great job saving them!

Wow, that APC sure smashed all that dirt! I'll have to try some on my next order :)

I got a gallon for ~$10 during the Christmas-time sale! I advise you to use gloves if you prefer to keep your epidermis though!

Thanks! I had low hopes for these mats, but I cannot find one stain left over now! I looked closely at the mats on my kitchen counter and every single stain is gone! I am very pleased with not only this product, but with all of the 3D and HD products I bought.
