Ok i got bored this weekend tried an experiment on my blk 2003 MB.

a) porter cable with light light wax cleaner

b) 1st layer p21

c) second layer Pinnacel soverign

d) light layer of the REAL zymol carbon



will know in morning how it looks



afterwards used the PC wheel with no abrasaive qualities to even it out- did it in semi dark garage- no sun-

dying to know how it looks



was this an "idiot" move?
 
Zymol looks good, it's just that it's a PITA to use. So it wasn't an "idiot" move, but the Pinacle probably would achieve the same results for far less work.
 
I guess you will know in the morning how it looks. Next time you might want to try them side by side to see which one looks best to you and use that one as the final coat next time.

I just lost control!

the zymol is fast to poy on with thin layers-

like the p21

the soverign i put on ofr the black



contrary to the boards here- I think zymol (the 40.00) blue wax for black/called carbon looks the best



will know in an hour!
