The paint was covered in minor (DISO) Swirls.
...Even the A-pillars were heavily swirled.

Rupes 21 with a RUPES 5" Backing Plate and IBrid Nano long neck.

Correction:
Lake Country HDO Orange Polishing Pad - 5 1/2"
Scholl Concepts Shock 2 Cut Extreme Compound

Polishing:
Carpro Gloss pad - 5" Dia.
Meguiar`s M210 Mirror Glaze Ultra Pro Finishing Polish

Last Step Products:
Cquartz Finest Reserve ceramic coating on paint and wheels.

He was really happy with the results.

Side Note: The rocker panels and most curved areas had very thin paint.

Sometimes there are no words in the English vocabulary to adequately describe the look of an exquisitely-styled sports car expertly detailed to such a degree that the only thing that comes to mine is "You gotta see it to believe it" and "Even photos do not do it justice." Such is this Black Supra.
I realize you probably have detailed hundreds, maybe thousands of iconic vehicles in various conditions and colors. This one just stands out as one of the more beautiful cars you have detailed and posted (at least to me).
While it may not have the WOW factor of, say a Ferrari or Porsche, it is one of those sports cars that is within the financial reality of many enthusiasts (albeit more well-heeled than the average Joe or Jane). My affinity and bias is not without merit, having owned a new `83 Supra for a short time (totaled out when I fell asleep at the wheel and launched it off a rock, landing upside-down into a stand of bushes barely missing a large tree. Seat-belts then, no air bags!!), hence my comments.
