Unfortunately, the customer wasn't aware of all the ins&outs of purchasing a new car, so by the time she found me, the car was prepped by the dealer and received a wash and wax treatment from a local "Auto Spa" (Auto Spa my a$$ - more like a butcher shop, but that is for a diffferent topic)
I looked at the car a week ago or so, and asked the customer to not let the Auto Spa wash it again and just drive around in a dirty car until I could work on the car.
