2014 Audi TT Cabriolet

My name is Mike
My last 2 details didn't work out post- or video-wise: owners wanted their vehicles back before I could take pics or videos. Still wanted to work on my videography and lighting skills so decided to make a video on one of mine (and I'm sure that long time members will be happy I chose this one and not the Sonata, veteran of many of my threads).

Just a maintenance wash: wheels with CG Sticky Gel Citrus Wheel and Rim Cleaner Gel. Modified GDPWM with CG Citrus Wash Clear. Topped with with Permanon Platinum Plus.

Note - just like the clobbler's kids have the worst shoes, my Audi only gets washed every few weeks and hasn't been corrected since new. Please be kind. ;) Like I typed above, this was really a videography, lighting and video editing exercise but thought I'd share anyway.

Nice video. I figure you might want a little feedback. In parts of the video the car looked orange instead of red. Must have been your lighting. I'm watching on an iPad Pro.

Thanks Ron, Gjkwpd and Marc.

Thanks. Absolutely - feedback is encouraged. I know I need more lighting. I think the camera further away would be better. On some of my prior ones just took too long so am trying to shorten them up. I think wrapping from the sides to a bit more of the hood/trunk would be good, And the @#$% music - ugh! ;) Hopefully, they are getting better.

It is bit of both. I bought it without seeing the color in real life and is different than I expected. In sunlight, it is burnt orange with lighter orange highlights. In less intense light, it can go rather red. I really like the color now and it fits in well here in the Austin area. Also, I used 2 different cameras: my cellphone (LG G3) for the stills (more orange) and a Flip for the videos (more red). May stick to the G3 as it can do both (or another single camera). The color would be consistent then.

Thanks Pat and JSFM35X.

FWIW - That is month old DP Tire Coating on the tires. Easily cleaned up on this heavy brake dusting car with PW and sponge. Very happy so far.
