IF you want to apply klasse aio, klasse sg, and 3m smr with a pc what pads should you use for each and at what speed. Thanks for advance. I'm sure these are dumb questions to the veterans of the board.

I have used a PC to apply SMR and AIO.I got my pads from CMA. Using SMR with a white pad, PC on speed #3 didn't do a good job for me.But it may for you, everybody's car has a different degree of swirlls.I didn't want to go any higher on the speed ,being I am a novice with a PC in my hands. Our member Autopians suggested the yellow pad, I stayed at speed #3 and that worked great. For AIO I used a white pad, not the same white pad as the SMR, and it did a great job. I will never apply AIO again by hand. Start slow and see if you like the results. As for SG I do by hand, I don't think its recomended to do with the PC.

I use a cutting pad with SMR or Finesse It II, then a medium buffing pad with AIO, and finally a soft buffing pad with SG.

Works great and cuts the time in half or more.

Probably uses more product, but the time savings to me is worth it.

Damn you Cosmin, LOL I LOVE those cars. I remember not too long ago when you were moving to Austin and you were worried about not having work and you wanted to start detailing some "nicer" more exotic cars. Well its safe to say you are definitely making a name for yourself and you are doing fantastic work. I'm glad you are doing well, and everything is going good for you up there. I am probably going to be over there with my girlfriend for the Lone Star Round Up in April, I will let you know so we can meet up. Nice job on the Benz, it looks great.

Ohhhh myyyy godddd!! :drool5: Absolutely stunning! You lucky dog. I would give alot to be able to get that close to that car. Well done detail, I am sure the (lucky) owner is thrilled.

Thank`s Jay , i remember those days , cars and coffee in Houston when i drag a black trunk 50% correction to "adevertise " my business... was fun.
i do have days when i am free for 3-7 days and after that 2-3 calls and booked for next week. i am cool with that , based that i am at beginning and new town.this year things should pick up more.
in 9 months i work on over 60+ ferrari , end the year with 458 , start the new year with SLS , not bad for first year in business. from 2 months jobless to $5200 a month and with space for more.
i plan get a helper and pull 7-10k a month , i know is possible at least 5-6 months per year.

yes , when u get here let me know in advance so i plan for and i may have a place for crash in case u wanna stay few days or overnight.
