Let me introduce you to the ‘twins’. These are both European spec 911’s. Shipped directly from Germany to the USA.
The ‘twins’ as they are lovingly called by their owners, are on a multi-month trek to travel across the USA. Their plan is to see as many states and their sites as they can. They have started in Florida, traveled up the east coast and westward into TN, AL, GA. Then onwards to TX while stopping in the states along the way. They will then go from TX to CA. Then CA to WA and then on into Canada, across the northern states and then back to Florida where they will end their travels and then head back to Germany.

Just a quick cleanup for these two super cool machines.
Happy to have been able to give them a quick cleanup and some much needed protection for the thousands of miles ahead of them!

The ‘details’:
Gary Dean Shampoo.
Adam’s APC.
Kenotek bug remover.
Adam’s Tire & Rubber Cleaner.
Medium Clay Mitt.
Master Blaster to dry.
Adam’s VRT tire dressing.
Autofinesse Glass cleaner.
McKee’s37 Hi-Def Paint Sealant.

Done! Thanks for looking!

Sizzle Chest:
Is there some type of hi-performance, ultra-rare Porsche "beacon" on your home that such types of Porsches` MUST make a pilgrimage to the "Mecca of Porsche detailing"? (There is Captain Obvious: Word of mouth! And the posts in this forum.)

Cannot imagine the red tape and paperwork (customs, insurance, international driver license, temporary state vehicle licences) that these Porsche owners have to go through to not only be able to drive their Porsches in the United States but shipped ("shipped" meaning via boat) to United States as well. I imagine that their trip itinerary will include a "few" track times at various public and private race tracks that offer such activities. Just cannot imagine that someone would undertake such a trip in the wintertime in the Untied States in the middle of a world-wide pandemic and all the "other political/social stuff" currently happening in America. Hope you give them a "take-along detailing kit" that they can use on their GT3`s while on their journey/jaunt/tour of America and Canada.

Will theses "twins" be coming back to you for a post-touring detail before returning to Germany??

The blue one is just outrageous color-wise (my preference), but the white one looks more "at home" in front of your place. Just saying.....

PS. Somehow you HAVE GOT to finagle your way into getting one of those "Porsche Club/Deutschland" stickers for your car!!!!!

Thank you Lonnie, I guess the word gets around! LOL

I spoke with them about possibly getting them back for an actual correction and coating. We will see!

OK, now that you mention it, I do need one or two of those stickers!!

Nice set of twins! These are called Club Sport versions and were not available to the US market. Equipped with roll cage, Lexan back glass (3), cloth sport seats & race harnesses. Close to impossible to register them in the US. My client has imported several here under special exemption he helped create.

In this month’s Panorama magazine; your pair?
