2009 Corvette Z06

Was contacted by the owner to come inspect the car for a paint correction. The owner takes great care of the car and the car in great shape when we showed up. A few swirls, but mainly just light scratches from improper washing/drying. We did several different test spots on the hood and opted to go for a two step correction. We went with M105/Flat Orange Pad and M205/Flat White Pad. LSP was Fuzion.

Pictures under halogens showed minimal imperfections so only a few will be included. Overall I feel the finish gained a lot of depth.

Most of the car still showed a fair amount of orange peel but the owner doesn’t mind it and doesn’t want it corrected.

I’m sure I have forgotten something. Took about 6-7 hours with two guys working with two machines so about 12-14 total man hours. This is my first write up, but from now on intend to do write ups of my work. Please share any comments or questions.

good job man, i know how hard they are, today I polished fenders, (wetsanded hood but it was repainted) roof and trunk area of a c6 black and its super hard!
