2009 bmw scratches help!!!

hey guys i have a 09 bmw 335i coupe and its saphire black metallic and i have some scratches and touch up paint spots that i want to get rid of.

they look like scratches but there raised to the touch and i remember reading the these cars are factory powdercoated?????



it wont let me attach pics for some reason



i have a pc polisher and a variety of pads when i first got the car i did a full detail and paint correction but these scatches remained

and i used a surbuf pad with megs utimate compound and it dident do it.



what do i have to do to fix it?????

Really need some pics to see what the severity is. You need to host them on a site like photobucket and copy and paste the image link into your post.



For the raised touch up paint, I'd look into something like Langka to knock down the raised spots. Don't try the wetsanding method if you don't have experience with it, you will most definetley make things worse. Touch ups will never look right on metallic no matter what you do IMO. If you can catch your fingernail on the scratches, they will not be able to be removed by detailng as they would be too deep into the clear to safely remove. Best bet for a proper fix of any touched up and badly scratched areas is a repaint of the panel(s).
