Yes, the girl you see in a number of the pics is my daughter. Notice she knows where to keep her hands ... :lol:
 
Thanks for sharing the pictures. I loved all the pictures of the vehicles as well as your daughter. The day must have been wondrful. The weather certainly looks inviting.

I am not good with the names of the vehicles but a purple soft top hot rod that you showed is very similar with a neighbor down the street that pulls his yellow hot rod out once a week for washing and polishing. I try to go past his house every Saturday around nine in the morning. Having a whole show of these types of vehicle must really be a lot of fun!!!

Kirk funniest thing is the purple one is the one that scared my daughter because of the skull headlights ... oh well.

Wow J, thanks for posting the pics, especially of that beautiful white El Camino! ;) I have more posted here 08 KofC show pics

Doing this show was a real experience, the idea was to incorporate everything we like about othher shows into one. There were a few minor glitches but nothing we can't solve next year. Our biggest problem was all the cars that snuck in without paying! We caught many of them but not all.

I had a great time doing this and I'm already planning for next year July 12, 2009!
 
hi jay, sorry i missed the show it looked like a doozy, i used to go there every tues. nite when they had a cruise in every tues. we used to get 200 cars if we got one. thanks for putting it together i knowe it can be a lot of work.:rockon
