Sorry for the late reply all
When I got the car, I told my dealer not to wash it, not to touch a damn thing.. fortunately he obliged and being that I got the car and it was raining, it was better he didn't do a thing.
This is the *new* Zaino. I started with a bottom coat of Z5, and went on to do 3 coats of Z3 with Z6 in between each coat. I was so happy after three coats with my results that I decided not to do any more.
The car is great as well. Below 3000 RPMs it's fairly slow, but the revs build up so fast that it just lurches forward and gains more and more power as you climb the tach -- 8250 is max power, so it just keeps growing and growing, it's really great fun. Think Honda S2000 power delivery and you know where I'm at.
It drives amazingly. The power of the G35 Coupe is greater than the RX-8, but when you fling this car around a curve, you realize its strongpoint and fun-factor are SO much greater. Not to mention, the rear seat is MUCH better... my 5 foot 7 cousin sat in the back of the G35, and his head HIT THE BACK GLASS! However in the RX-8, there's plenty of headroom to spare.
All in all, I think I made the right decision in this car over others; the S2000 was my second choice but given that the fun factor is only SLIGHTLY (and I'm talking a hair's difference) higher, and that it's missing two seats and a neat interior... the RX-8 won out easily.
By the way, the detailing job took me about 7 hours of time, and I haven't touched the interior yet! That's waiting for me to do later
