I dont know what this color is called but if I was to guess Id say its called GORGEOUS! :)

Pretty clean car to start.. this specific customer usually washes the car for me before I arrive, no complaints. :D He just bought this car for his wife and had me give it some lovin'. This is my 3rd car detailed for this gentleman.

This car.. well.. lets just say I now know what people mean when they say Mercedes paint is HARD! Wow.. this car was a pain in the UKNOWHAT.

Process:

-Pinnacle Poly Clay and Last Touch lube

-#83 and Edge 2000 Orange pad and PC

-#82 and Edge 2000 Blue pad and PC

-NXT and Megs Finishing pad and PC

-QD car after removal

-#38 on tires (LOVE this stuff!)

-Stoners on glass

-Flitz on chrome pieces

-Quick leather conditioner with Zymol Conditioner

wow. way to go on the car. looks great. How many passes did you go through the #83?

Thanks!

1 whole pass on the whole car and in some areas I had to REALLY beat up the paint on a second pass. I mean.... I dont think Ive ever applied that much pressure to the surface on a car but this thing just took it and laughed.

excellent job.

The german paints are very hard and the clearcoats almost solid at times. I de-swirled a Porsche boxster at the weekend, completing 3-4 times with the rotary in some areas!!!

Love the poly clay, has great temp range, great for us UK detailers now its gone cold! :(

how about some pics the 35th, :woohoo:

i love the 35th wheels, brushed 10 spokes :xyxthumbs

Welllllllllll if youre gonna twist my arm. :D Im gonna hijack my own thread...hahaha.

These were taken after I washed it last and wanted to take some pics of the widened anniversary wheels. I had them widened 2" and put some BFG 315 drag radials on them. Im having the rear valance repainted because I hit a piece of tire on the freeway and split it. :angry
