2000 VW Jetta enhancement and interior detail+

Hi guys



I have this customer who like a enhancement and interior detail done while his away for vacation. The car is in bad shape and the pictures speaks for it self. The car is used to haul the kids around, the back is a mess and smells horrible. I spend 6 hrs total in the interior and 10 hrs on the paint. total 16 hrs of work!

That is one of the scariest interiors I have seen! Nice work.



One thing that worked for me in improving interior smell was treating the aircon unit with 1Z clima cleaner. Quick and easy results. Perhaps you can try it as an upgrade in your service offering.

Nice transformation. I hate VW carpets! Looks like someone spilled some Antrax? What was that stuff? Laundry detergent?
 
i was reading the intro: horrible, bad, smells... and while scrolling down i wa thinking "oh cmon, it cant be that b... HOLY CRAP WHAT IS THIS?"



we should introduce a way to mark pictures from before and after cause this is hard to believe its the same car!

amazing save! awesome detailing job!
 
Great job on the paint... two suggestions - how about the headlights (seem to be foggged over) and tire dressing? Would have made the work you did on the paint pop!

Wow. That was just gross. And I could almost smell it from here. Nice save.



Man, how can people live like that? Shame.

Customer didn't want headlight restoration :(



and His swapping his wheels & tires, so I just did a quick clean and 1 coat of dressing ( not enough I guess )
 
Not criticizing. Just thought there was room for some additional services - but your response answers why you did not address. Unfortunate as I see so many nice vehicles with fogged over lights. Not only an eyesore but a safety issue. My daughters lights were so horrible that I couldn't salvage and just resorted to new lenses. Difference was, well, night and day!

no problem! Im glad im not just getting " great work ". its people like you that can make another member better. If I see room for improvement on someone's detail work, I would like to put some of my thoughts in too.
