DETAILED TODAY?
placed an order last night. well over $95. i did get the 20% off, but noticed i was charged shipping. should this not have been free shipped also? being the order was over $95 even after the 20% off.

waiting to contact customer service about this at 9am
 
I read the message wrong the first time. It doesn't mention free shipping, just the gift on orders over $175. Does the sale include free shipping too?
 
?? maybe your order was under $95 AFTER the 20% was taken off. my understanding is it has to be over $95 with the 20% off?
