2 mobile questions, prevent slinging chemicals on nearby cars AND water disposal?

If you are running a mobile operation and detailing a car near other cars, how do you prevent slinging your chemicals on nearby cars? Do you put up barriers of some kind?

Also, how to do you dispose of your water once you've collected it properly?

Learn the way how to pick up the product with the buffer to prevent splatter. Use applicators/towels instead of spraying directly to surfaces.

yeah just common sense. If using a PC you probably won't get hardly any spray. Rotary is another story. I only use the rotary for doing paint correction; PC for anything else.

Moving the car will also give you plenty of room and it also looks like you're on "display"

Good luck

Yep, that's why I suggested to learn how to pick up product without splatter. Using the proper technique, there won't be slinging/splatter.

That's what I do 95% of the time. Any other time it's because of some specific reason the car can not be moved (no other space available, paranoid customer :grinno: , etc.).

Bence - those video links are terrific - thanks for putting them . I had not seen those before.
