2 layers or more?

This is the second layer of P21S on my black sorento. Will adding more layers make it better or am I just wasting wax?

Not to mention keeping in business BIS and whoever you buy the wax from.



But seriously, it's pretty well accepted that more than a couple coats of wax is a waste. The solvents and oils in the wax you are applying only serve to reliquify the existing coats. So after two coats you are just spreading around wax, not adding to the protection.



Stick with two coats and you'll be fine. Slap on additional coats whenever you see some of the gloss diminishing.
