1Z or Menzera Twins

My red paint looks great.. I have used Zaino and then switched to Wolf Gang and am happier with it. I do not polish in circles I go up and down on the sides and front to back on the top sections. Zaino recommended doing this and it has been helping and worked nice on my buddies black car so I am sticking with it.

Now I have very fine swirl marks that Z5 never cured and WG’s pre-cleaner did not rid me of. They are not deep and all are minor. I am looking for a mirror like finish. Any recommendations on what to use that does not “fill them in and come out pretty good when done by “hand.

1Z Paint Polish seems to be a popular product and so does Menzera. The car is a 2000 and I rather take several coats to remove everything and be on the safe side than knocking it out once and possibly causing problems. Menzera Twins I was considering till I read about 1Z.

So to recap:

Red Paint

2000 GM CAR

MINOR Swirl Marks

Minor Scratches in clear

Must be done by hand

Currently use WG, used to use Zaino

I would say go with the 1z, they appear to be ideal for both hand and machine. Menzerna, from my experience and what I've read, is best for use by machine. In my case I think I would need a rotary to see the best results from them.

The killer part is "Must be done by hand" . To *remove* them by hand could be a struggle. To get a mirror finish on mine I used the Menzerna IP where needed and FP all over but I had an orbital. ( Not a PC at the time). I am not sure but I think the 1Z has oils which might mask your results a bit. The Menzerna are water based and oil/filler free.
