This was a 1999 GMC Sierra one owner truck that was used as a work truck for a local construction company. According to the owner it had never been "washed", only taken to the pressure washer about 2 or 3 times when it got "really dirty".

I cleaned the truck for a friend of mine that has a car dealership after it was traded in. He asked that I just "try to get it good enough that he may be able to sell it". He was very pleased with the results!!

A brief description of detail:

Interior:

-remove seats and carpet. Thankfully they at least used seat covers.

-cleaned entire interior, topped with 303

-replaced carpet and seats

Engine Bay:

-used both generic APC and 303 Cleaner, topped w/303

Wheels/Tires:

-Eagle One All Wheel and Tire Cleaner

-Poorboy's Bold and Bright on tires, Stoner's More Shine on wells

Exterior:

-Wash w/ Poorboy's Slick and Suds

-Clay w/ Clay Magic (this took awhile;tons of overspray, tar, etc..)

-MenzernaPO106ff w/LC Orange pad via Flex

-Pinnacle Liquid Souveran W/LC Blue pad vic PC

-Stoner's Invisible Glass inside and out

God bless you for tackling a job like that! Any reason for starting out with a lighter cut polish? If having not been washed in that many years i would think there would need to be a lot of correcton done on the paint.

He started out with that because he wasn't doing a full paint correction. Just needed to bring it to par in case of the owner decided to sell the car. Looks awesome man, nice work. How long did it take you?

Yeah, when I seen this one I would have loved to have turned it down, but being fairly new to the business I'm taking just about anything I can get. Still trying to get my name out. Suprisingly the paint condition wasn't terrible. I started with this combo expecting to have to move to a more aggressive pad and/or polish, but I was pretty happy with the results after the first panel. Total time was @ 15 hrs.

ok makes sense. i guess when you dont wash your vehicle that eliminates a lot of swirls! again, i am clapping right now for you. that was a lot of work.

This has to be the most impressive renewal I've seen here........simply amazing. I'm sure the truck will sell in short order thanks to you.

:bow ooooohhhhmmyyyygoddd....
