I had worked on this vehicle a few years ago. The owners have now decided to sell it and wanted it cleaned up a bit.
The car is in excellent shape/inside/out/mechanically for a 30 year old car!
Minor swirls, scuffs, stains and a little dull. Did a one step and it came back to life!

The ‘details’:
Waterless wash w/McKee’s37 N914.
Top protected w/303 Aero.
Flex 3401.
McKee’s37 360 AIO.
Medium foam pads.
Nanoloex trim restorer.
Carpro PERL tire dressing.
Adam’s glass cleaner.
Adam’s tar remover.
Metro vacuum.
DeFelsko PTG.
Scangrip lighting.
McKee’s37 total interior detailer.
Topped everything off with some Blackfire Midnight Sun spray wax.

Thanks for looking at this cool air cooled machine!

Scott, very nice indeed! I love the engine compartment patina. They will have no problem finding a new home for this gem...looks great! And of course, I love me some white paint.................nice combo w/blue

Sizzle Chest:
I think this particular Porsche came in JUST so you would have something to post pics of to satisfy Jimmie Jams`s "white-car" fetish! I agree with JimmieJam: looks "unique" with the blue top and interior.

Nice work on some of the last of the air-cooled beauties. Was this Grand Prix White paint single stage or clear coated??
How do you clean and care for the clear-plastic window in the convertible top??
I`ve used the Meg`s Mirror Glaze No.17 Clear Plastic Cleaner and No.10 Plastic Polish "twins" with some success on a top rear window in a Miata once (and I do mean "once" as my ONLY experience with such a top material), but that is what I had on hand.

Thanks Jimmie--figured you`d like this one! LOL

Thank you Lonnie, haha, yes, just for him!!!! It was single stage paint. This was/these were the transition year(s) between SS and base/clear.

It was pretty faded/yellowed, with some scratches/defects, so I only cleaned it with glass cleaner.

Great work!
