Stunning! That car just oozes class.
What are the pillars behind the rear quarter windows made of?

Thank you!
That is very kind.

You can see them in the video.
Starting at about the 25-second mark divers side and the 43-second mark passenger side.
I believe they were some type of plastic. I coated them with CQuartz Dlux. They turned out sweet!

Merlin:
Two Captain Obvious questions:
1) Did you use Scholl Concepts Metal Polish on the chrome?
2) Do you ever ask the vehicle owner what manufacturer, type, and specific color name that was used in the repainting of a vehicle?
I ask because if you know this info, does it have any influence on what pads and compounds/polishes you may use in the correction and polishing process based on previous experience with that specific paint or from other`s experiences who have that you`ve heard about.

Glad to see someone uses Meg`s new M110 compound. I do not think this compound offering gets it due and may get a bad rap by association with the much-maligned M105 past usage "problems", of which I am well aware of and have commented on, but may also be more a user (me!)-problem than a product-problem. When combines with the Rupe`s UNO Pure Ultrafine Finishng Polish, the results speak for themselves.

AND, thanks for including the red CarPro tape-job pics. If it was done so in anticipation of my Captain Obvious request, I commend you for it!

Cannot say enough about how mirror-like perfect and reflective this Black Cat looks. The pics probably do not do it visual reality justice as it does in person.
Thanks for posting!!
