Its my 74 porsche 914 track car









The body:



" I worked in this car a couple weeks ago when it was 60 out and i couldnt upload them for one reason or another.



My process was:



z7 wash

Clay

Ip w/orange pad (had a lotta deep waterspots before)

106 w/white

Havent sealed it or anything yet and havent worked on the wheels or any trim

Yea i did have trouble posting... it said that the page couldnt be displayed.



And thanks brian! The car was painted about 5 years ago with the best possible paint. It was then tracked, then sold to a guy that didnt take care of it and left it outside for like a year then i bought it. The webber carburetors have gotten a little rusty and stuff and the engine needs a little work so im guna fix it then sell it for a profit. But yea... i didnt do some parts of the car so maybe you will see how it was before i worked on it.

Funny you say that... i own 2 (1 track car and 1 original car) and i was just asked to buy 3 more lol.
 
LMAO!!!! Yea... so i have never been told by my idol that i am his idol (ever!) lol. I may be able to finish but it isnt near as good as you! Plus, i am SOOO SLOW its almost funny. This took me just about a whole day to just do like half the car. And i didnt even seal it!



But thanks sooo much! Maybe this summer ile get to work with a REAL pro (and my idol) lol.

Thanks david! That just goes to show how great this forum is! I have learned all that i know from here, and i am honestly probably on her 6 hours of the day lol
