Any good? As far as ease of application it's probably second ONLY to Duragloss Aquawax as far as over-the-counter (OTC) products go. And Aquawax comes in a spray!
ICE spreads super easily and buffs as just as easily. It never dries but you don't need it to dry. Simply start at one end of the car, keep "icing" it until you get back to where you start and then start buffing it off. It's a shiny sealant that doesn't have a lot of depth and doesn't last very long. Like someone said, ICE works spectacularly on trim and that's what I use it exclusively for now. It lightly cleans, renews, and protects trim pretty well.
Also, a little goes a very long way. I once seriously slathered it on (resulting in buffing off a lot of it) and the bottle looked like I had barely used any of it. The bottle has a super small opening that will allow you to easily conserve what you have. It'll be long before I use up my bottle of the stuff but when I do, I'm probably going to start using 303 Protectant for trim and the like.
