Will the 12 oz "samples" of 105/205 be enough to do one entire vehicle? (Nissan Pathfinder).

I would think that with a diminishing abraisive polish, I'd be fine with that amount, but I wanted to try out the KB method with these products and I'm concerned as to how much extra product I'll be using when I prime the pads...

You should be able to to do an entire vehicle with no problems and plenty left over. Don't over do it when putting more product, with SMAT you can work the product for a virtually infinite amount of time. You can use QD and distilled water to help increase the working time of these products. M105 and M205 (aka the wonder twins:D) can accomplish great things, you'd surprised to see how much you can do with a 12oz sample.

I should mention I'll be using a PC.

KB method indicates priming the pads with product when using the PC, not with QD or water.

I can't see using more than 2-3 oz per pass unless the vehicle was large or you were being wasteful.
