~1 month old paint, rock chip, ok to touch up?

I got two rock chips on my hood today. It was repainted about 3 weeks ago. can I fill the two spots in with a toothpick without fear of screwing anything else up?



I should probably just leave it--they aren't huge, but I can notice them from up for a few feet away which will make me :sosad every time I wash it.
