O RLY?
This is the same truck I did the leather cleaning thread on. You can find that here.
This Expedition already has 74k on it and it showed. The exterior wasn't too bad, but the interior was horrid. So here's the breakdown:
Paint:
-Tar and bug pre-soak with Hi-Temp's Tar and Wax Remover
-Wash with TOL Bubble Bath
-Auto Magic New Car Glaze with Meg's Polishing Pad
-PB's EX-P to seal
Wheels/Tires:
-Clean wheels, tires, and wells with TOL Wheel Wash
-Dress tires and wells with Hi-Temp's Grape Tire Dressing
Interior:
-Water:Woolite 6:1 on everything
-TOL's Deep Down on leather and vinyl (see other thread)
-PB's Natural Look on everything
-Meguiar's Rich Leather Cleaner and Conditioner to condition leather
-NXT Glass Cleaner for glass
-Jambs got EX-P
Pics:
Here is Wheel Wash after dwelling on the wheels and tires for about 30 seconds. Before, the wheels were a lot worse than the pic, and it already broke down that after the dwelling. I hosed the wheels off and all the extra grime came off effortlessly. I really like this stuff.
The rest are afters:
I noticed that Grape doesn't look like much when looking at the tire straight on:
But when you look at it from an angle, it looks pretty wet:
We had some real purdy clouds this evening:
