    Does this guy know what he is talking about?

    I have some swirl marks and scratches on my black BMW so I have been doing some research about detailing. I stopped in at a local body shop to ask what I needed done to take out the swirls. The owner said that they had to hit it with the buffer and heat up the clear coat and move it and work...
