I have a Jeep Cherokee that has been detailed but the cigar smoke is stuck on the ceiling of the Cherokee. I sprayed it down with Nature's Miracle last week but it still stinks. How do I get rid of the cigar smell from the ceiling for good? :thx

I already had it professionally cleaned and it still stinks. I need some tips, and no I don't want to take it anybody else. I don't own a dog. The previous owner obviously had one. Thanks in advance :hairpull
