    sap cleaning helper

I've been using iso alcohol and a microfibre to clean sap and bird shots. Does a pretty good job, but some sap and shots need a little help. M<y fingernails are getting tired. Is there some other semi stiff plastic type edge that can be used to help the stuff off?

is it a scratch or a swirl and what to use?

:sosad I couldn’t get some sun-baked whatever off our Gray/Silver ’92 Saab 900. So stupitly, I tried a Scrunge. Is the result considered a swirl or a scratch? Can I get most of it back with Zaino or some other; and if so, what to use? Or do I need a trip to the Body Shop? Oh, by...
