    Lexol Premium Protectant Spray

Has anyone used this? I was unable to find any reviews on this stuff. It sounds like hype, but I know their Vinylex is a great product: The secret is Lexol’s Dual Silicone Action. Homogenized silicones penetrate below the rubber and vinyl’s surfaces to provide total protection. Unlike products...

    Armor All Gel Interior Protectant

I see this at the store but I am afraid to try it. The claims are below. The "our strongest UV protection available" statement is what caught my eye. Any one try this yet? I am just afraid it may have too much shine. http://www.armorall.com/prod_protectantgel.html ----The Most Advanced...

My silver car changes to green!!

Pollen is the highest it has been in 10 years!!!!! After an hour my car is covered in pollen!!! It is almost a waste to wash it, unless it is covered in mud. Nothing can stop pollen, no anti-static sprays, sealants, etc. Pollen has hooks, so it grabs onto your paint, and never lets go...

Waxing is for old cars, not new.

"Wax is for old cars, not new". This is what a woman told her woman friend, at a local auto parts store. They were looking for leather wipes. Then the little girl they were with, knocked over bottles of wax. Not sure if it was accidental, or if she just agreed with her mother, and decided to...

Menzerna One-step Acrylic Jacket - Review

http://www.properautocare.com/meonacja.html Wipe it on, dry to a haze, wipe it off. Brand new looking paint. It really is that simple, and magical. The paint comes out slick as ice, and has a nice wet shine to go with it. Great for cars that only get detailed a couple of times a year. Works...

    Perfect-It Show Car Liquid Wax

The bottle has a different look to it, than the old yellow label. Does anyone know if the product has been reformulated? Has anyone had good results with it? It is only 9.99 at local retailers. -If you read the bottle, it has many warnings on the label. The ingredients seem to list a lot of...

    Meguiar's #21 Synthetic Sealant

http://www.meguiars.com/?pro-liquid-car-waxes/Synthetic-Sealant Anyone use this product yet? According to another site, this is purely synthetic, while the #20 polymer sealant contains some natural waxes. On Meguiar's website they mention "Eliminates fine scratches and swirls", so this may...

Meguiar's NXT Speed Detailer. Good Stuff!

This is a great product. I love the sprayer! Gives a nice mist like the Meguiars Quick Detailer. The liquid seems to be a little thicker than other detailers, which helps it pick up dirt, and remove spots better. Once you wipe it off, you can definitely see that it leaves the "Engineered...

    Teflon Tire Shine by Dupont

Purchased this at the local store for 5.99. I was very surprised at the results. The liquid sprays on milky white, with a bluish tint to it. This is what worried me, as it states on the bottle no wiping is needed. So I followed the instructions and left my tires sitting there all white. After it...

    Stoner's Trim Shine!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely outstanding!!! My vehicle has a lot of trim on it, so this product was made for it. All you do is spray it on and walk away. You are left with a great shine and some UV protection. Sometimes you may spray too close and it may run a little, but all you do is lightly buff it off, and...

Ooooh no!!! Another new polymer sealant to try!!!

Someone mentioned their quick detailer in this forum. Has anyone had any experience with the sealant yet? Looks comparable to UPP, Blackfire, Wolfgang, etc. Amino UV Liquid Polymer Wax http://www.amino-uv.com/lpw.html

    Good UV fabric protectant

Please post some good UV fabric protectants. I am looking for an alternative to 303 Fabric Guard. Scotchguard fabric protectant does not seem to mention anything about UV protection. Thanks. Has anyone used this? http://www.hellerglanz.com/Fabric_WaterProofer.htm

    Platinum Ultimate Paint Protection

This is one special product. I have used Klasse SG, the original Blackfire, Liquid Souveran, and Blitz. None of these compare to the shine I get from the new version of Platinum. It really makes my car glow. The more applications the better it gets. Since the roads are coated with salt and now...

    303 Cleaner and Spot Remover

Does this sound like a really different product or are these just technical terms for a regular carpet and upholstery cleaner? http://www.303products.com/main.php?infopage=spotremover The properties of colloids were first documented in the search for a biodegradable substance to break up...

    Mothers Sealer and Glaze

Mother's Sealer and Glaze works like magic. Easy on easy off. I used it on top of a few coats of Klasse because it says it was specially formulated to be used over previous coats of wax. It really filled in the few big scratches and made them disappear. It gave my vehicle the wettest shine it...

New Image Detail: 2010 370Z Nismo

Do body shops always put a clear coat on after repainting a part of a newer model vehicle? I know it sounds like a dumb question but just making sure.

    Car Referrals

Eagle One has a new product out called Wax and Dry. It says you spray this wax on a wet car after it has been washed and then you wipe down your car. It is not listed on their website yet. I saw it at a Murrays discount auto store.

Workhorse Ranger saved by a daughter's generosity

Is anyone else impressed with the sheeting effects of Blackfire? I have had Blackfire on my vehicle for three weeks. While rinsing it down after washing I was amazed that the water still rolls off the hood and the sides of the car, leaving very few spots and making the car easier to dry off.
