How do I include a small thumbnail of my car beside my post?

I have an 89 BMW with brightwork that has become cloudy and faded around the windows. Is there anything that can shine up aluminum (I think) window trim?

I just found a tin of EagleOne "Pure Carnuaba" paste wax in my garage. It's at least 12 years old but looks just fine and is hardly used. Does anyone know if it would be worth using as a final step? I usually polish first with Mother's Sealer/Glaze, on a fine dimpled foam pad. In spring or...
