I recently bought a Gallon of the Amonia free ZEP glas cleaner concentrate.. I have played around with the water to product mixture and consistenly get streaks everytime. Perhaps My mixture is wrong. Any suggestions?

I was thinking to try this: Take some windsheild washer fluid, put it in a spray bottle, dilute it a little with some reverse osmosis water, and there you have cheap glass cleaner. Any Ideas how this would work?
