so my friend is going to lend me his PC7336 to use, but the problem is he doesnt have a backing plate or pads :furious: im going to use it on 2 cars and dont want to spend to much considering im going to have pads just laying around iwht no buffer heh.. so i was wondering what pads/backing...

to fix an entire rim myself? when i say this i mean like all 4 lol they ahve curb marks on all the wheels some are HUGE from a minor accident.. like by sanding it down then painting and what not.. or should i just take it to a shop and have them do it or buy new rims lol :chuckle: ps. these...

so my plan is to get SSR1 and SSR2.5 .. is there any point in me getting Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze ? will it make a difference or anything? cause i can get all 3 together at a nice deal but not sure if i need the glaze (dont know if this matters but im also getting Nattys paste wax but...

whats the difference? i clayed my car probably about 7 months ago and my paint is in pretty good condition... the only problem is that i have some light swirls and few scratches around the car, should i use a paint cleaner then go to polish or clay then polish :think:

so i finally did a full detail on my car (exterior)... i did the wash-clay-polish-wax ... took me estimated around 3 hours with the help of my lil sister :p here are some pics below, bare with me because im not the best at taking pictures of cars:doh

i just washed the whole car, then clayed it, then polished, then finally i waxed it... is their anything else i need to do or know?... any more products i need to buy to keep the car clean so i dont have to go through the whole process very often, like maybe a quick detailer or that 'california...

i was wondering if i should just wash-clay-polish-wax one area at a time ie: the hood, then the side... or should i wash whole car, then clay all of it and so on... what do you guys recommend?

im planning of using a clay bar on my car, then i was going to polish then wax... the question i had was what is a good wax to use? im going to hand wax and i want something that will give me a good nice shine :D
