On the inside portion of the door handles has an odd black growth that looks like mold. I've tried everything I could think of to remove it, but noting will get it all off. Anyone have ideas as to what it is, and/or how to remove it?

OK, here goes... I've got a White 02 WRX. I'm in college. Thus, having no money, I only have a miniscule budget to sink into detailing my car. I claybar about 2x a year, and wax with NXT every few weeks. I know everyone here loves the PC for buffing/polishing, but I obviously can't afford...
