I just got my Porter Cable 7424 and plugged it in to check it out. It makes a loud kind of grinding noise in addition to the normal high speed wine. It seems to be working fine but the noise concerns me a little. Is this normal? :nixweiss

what's it gonna be, synthetic or not? What are the pros and cons to each? I haven't yet decided if I'm gonna use synthetic or carnuaba wax and hoping this may give me some clarity. I've read if you want to go carnuaba then use the GEPC and the AIO if you're going synthetic. Is this true?
