My friend decided to paint his wheels without masking off the tires, and now the tires look grey/gunmetal....what can we use to remove those paint from the tires???
Here are two cars that we detailed for the show last Saturday (Hot Import Nights Chicago, IL).
The car was very shiny and impressed a lot of visitors. Many people actually stopped and asked the owner how we made the car looking that good.....
The black one is Lexus GS300 and the silver...
Detailed this black MB E320 today.....I did a complete detail last year to remove the swirls/scratches but the owner brought the car to automatic car wash again after I detailed it......
The black paint has no clear coat and it's pretty soft. Got rid most of the swirls with DACP followed with...
Here are some pics from last weekend. The car needs some attention after driving through Wisconsin winter....Used DACP with yellow pads and then topped with 2 coats of Meguiar's NXT wax applied with PC.... enjoy and please comments (good or bad will be appreciated)
Here's s pic of my recent engine detail. The car is my winter beater (1991 Toyota Tercel with 120K miles). I believed the engine has never been cleaned before. Too bad I don't have any 'before' picture of the engine but it was quite dirty...
I cleaned the engine with water and simple...
Anyone know the contact information for s100 distributor in the US? (not harley davidson dealer please...I need to buy in large quantities)
Thanks in advance
Detailed a black 1994 Mercedes Benz E320 yesterday. The car was swirled badly. Here are some before pictures:
Rear Door
Severely swirled hood
Half hood finished, half untouched
I finally get some Meg's Hand Polish to use on my car...however I didn't have any instruction on how to use it....Should I apply and wait for it to dry/haze or just buff it right away??
Thanks in advance...
Thanks to Mosca for sending me some sample of Meg's Hand Polish!! :bounce
I have like a gallon of Final Detail and I'd like to trade some with Meg's DACP. If anyone has a lot of DACP and want to send me a little bit, I will send you some Meg's FD
PM me or e-mail at [email protected]
Thanks in advance
Which one is more abrassive? I have Fine Cut Cleaner right now. I need to do a car with moderate swirl, is Fine Cut adequate or should i get some DACP?
like the title said....anyone wants to part with a little bit of meg's hand polish?? i wanna try that stuff but i dont feel like buying a 32 oz bottle of that stuff....
Finally got my final detail today.... I paid $17 including tax. I used it right away on my audi and really happy with the result! It's definitely the slickest and shiniest (sp?) quick detailer I've ever used.....
I don't take any pics since I think the difference in shine won't be visible in...
I can't find this product at local stores, and I found a website www.dealergoodies.com that carry this product but they won't sell to me since I'm not a dealer...:(
Anyone know where I can buy it??
Thanks in advance
What's the difference between those two? I'm looking for a decent 1 step product to use on my friend's car. The car is a silver Honda Accord in very good condition (it's a 6 month old car). Which one is better?? (looks better, easier to use, protect longer, and maybe more economical)
I'll do...
Help me decide which one to choose....I'm going to a show this weekend. The car is already polished with fine cut cleaner and swirl remover. I just need to top it off with glaze and then wax with s100.....Which one is recommended? I'm going to buy it this afternoon, so please help me decide...
