Just stumbled across this when looking up Final Polish, seems like a longer lasting version. Has anyone tried it? How does it compare to "regular" Final Polish"? http://carpolishes.safeshopper.com/11/51.htm?599

Best oil filter wrench for 1.8T Audi/VW?

Hey, I'd like to put some fresh oil in my Audi 1.8T and I have found my existing oil filter wrench ( sorta like a tong type) to be insufficent at keeping a grip on my filter. Luckily I can reach my filter by standing over the engine and not having to drop the splash shield, etc, etc...

    Alternatives to Prepsol?

I'm having trouble finding Prepsol or a similar product locally. I assume it packs a bit more punch than using isopropyl alcohol, so I think it would be a good idea to have it on hand when needed. I know TOL's product called Klean has been mentioned here and seems to be a similar product...

Menzerna and Ceramiclear Finsihes: A New Phase in Polishing?

A recent thread discussed Menzerna's polish for Ceramiclear paint ( a new innovative paint system by PPG that has debuted on new Mercedes Benzes). I tried recalling the website but forgot and cannot find it after numerous Google searches. Brookstone.com carries the same item but it is out of them...

    Suggestions for cleaning this wheel

Hi, Today I saw a new SL 55 AMG. I only detail for pay for this owner. I've detailed other SLs he owned in the past. This new SL55 is beautiful to say the least but he got it with those tough to clean wheels. My strategy would be to clean them regularly with car wash and the appropriate brush...
